When you request or book service we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, and service location. We collect this directly from you by phone, text, or email.
We use your information to schedule and perform mobile auto repair services, send appointment confirmations, reminders, and schedule updates by text message and email, respond to your questions, and provide receipts and follow-ups.
With your consent, we send appointment-related text messages. Message frequency is low (typically 2-4 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with any third party.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as our scheduling and messaging platform), and only as needed to serve you, or when required by law.
